Delivery & Returns
- For all orders placed Australia wide we offer a flat rate shipping of $10.
- For all express post orders placed Australia wide we offer a flat rate shipping of $12.

- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days (standard delivery) or next business day (express post delivery) depending on your location in Australia.
- Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Masey Moo is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.
New Zealand Deliveries
- The shipping rate for orders to be delivered to New Zealand is $18.
- Orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- International shipments may incur additional taxes/duties payable by the receiver.
- United States standard shipping is $24 (excluding customs duties/tax).
- United Kingdom standard shipping is $28.32 (excluding customs duties/tax).
- For the rest of the world, flat rate shipping of $22 for international orders (excluding customs duties/tax).
- International orders will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- All international orders will be provided with a tracking number.
- Depending on the destination some International orders may incur an additional customs duties/tax fee payable by the receiver. Please be mindful of this if purchasing as a gift.
- We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
- Please note that orders to Russia must be care of a business address.
- If delivering to Brazil please enter your Tax ID (CPF number) in the delivery instructions.
Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
Masey Moo is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia.
International customers - standard shipping times are estimated between 4-25 days depending on your location. All international orders are tracked.
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibilty for delays whilst in transit.
Can I change my address?
The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation email. In the event that you entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, Masey Moo cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss or compensate for any additional shipping costs.
Address changes can only be updated before an order leaves our warehouse.
Problems with your order?
We want you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order please contact us via email.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All products are quality controlled and inspected before dispatch.
We will not offer returns or exchanges on used baby items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com. We will then email you instructions on how to complete your return and what information to include in the return package. All return postage is done at the customers expense. We recommend that use a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery as Masey Moo takes no responsibility without proof of delivery. All original postage costs are non refundable.
We do not refund for any change of mind purchases.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
